Who we are
Citeran ("we", "us") is a generative engine optimization studio. You can reach us at hello@citeran.com.
What we collect
When you submit the audit form or book a call, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, email, company, website, category, competitors and any notes. When you book through our scheduling widget, that provider processes the details you enter to confirm the meeting.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and scope an engagement.
- To prepare for and hold a call you book with us.
- To keep basic records of our correspondence.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not run advertising or third-party tracking scripts on this site. We do not add you to a marketing list without your consent.
Sharing
We rely on a small number of service providers to run the site and our scheduling, such as our hosting provider and our booking tool. They process data only to provide their service to us. We may disclose information where the law requires it.
Retention
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need to follow up and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to object to its use. To make a request, email hello@citeran.com.
